Keep the App in your pocket!
If you are an Android user wanting to download the App to your smartphone, simply go through the step-by-step instructions below and you'll be exploring the App in no time.

Step 1: Visit the Google Play Store on your Android.
Step 2: In the search bar at the top of the screen, enter the search term 'Springday'. Press on the first App suggestion that comes up.
Step 3: You will arrive at this landing page displaying the 'Springday' App. This is how the App is labelled in the Google Play Store.
Press the green [INSTALL] button to begin downloading the App to your smartphone.
Step 4: Once you have pressed [INSTALL], Springday will request access to your Photos/Media/Files. Press 'Accept' to proceed with the installation.
Step 5: Wait for the App to complete the installation process. You can watch the download progress along the green progress bar.
Step 6: Once the App has finished downloading, press the green [OPEN] button to open the App on your smartphone.
Step 7: You will now arrive at a black screen displaying the Springday logo. This is the loading screen for the Springday App.
(This screen is branded by Springday, the company who has developed this App and delivered it to us).
Step 8: A pop-up message will appear prompting you to update the Springday App. Ensure that you press 'Update' to receive the most recent version of the Springday App.
Step 9: Wait for the update to download. This may take 5-15 seconds.
Step 10: You will now arrive at a screen prompting you to enter a kickstart code.
This kickstart code is unique to your organisation. Please check the sidebar to the right of this page if you are on a desktop, or if on mobile, scroll to the bottom of the page to find out the kickstart code for you.

Step 11: After entering the kickstart code, you will arrive at a login screen where you can enter your company login details to proceed.
Depending on your organisation, there are 2 alternative login screens you may arrive at:
Option 1: Hub login details
If you have already set up an account on the Hub, enter the same email address and password that you would usually use to login to the Hub website and press the “Login” button.
If you are new to the Hub and have not yet set up an account on the Wellbeing Hub before, click “Create a new account”. Enter your email address, check your email inbox and follow the prompts to create your Hub password and complete your personal profile. Once you’ve done that, re-open the Springday App and enter the email address and password for your Hub account and press “Login”.
Option 2: Single Sign-on
If you arrive at a screen like the one below prompting you to log in with your work account then this means that you can log in to the App using your regular work login details (same login details that you would use to login to your company intranet, company inbox, etc.)
Press “Login with my work account” and follow the prompts to proceed.

Step 12: Once you have successfully logged into the App, wait for the App dashboard to load. This may take 5-10 seconds.

- If you already have a wearable device that is compatible with the Platform (ie. Misfit, Fitbit, Garmin brands), then it is preferable that you track your steps with that, as it is presumably being carried on your person at all times. You can sync your wearable device with the Platform here on the web now.
- If you don't have a wearable device or your wearable device is not compatible with the Platform, then no worries! Your smartphone can track your steps instead whenever you are carrying it on your person. Please read these step-by-step instructions for syncing the App with Android Phone.
